With a diagnosis of Dementia or Alzheimer's, life can be full of uncertainty and confusion for everyone involved.  Dementia Angel is there through every stage of the disease process.  We are here to educate, provide safety assessments, respite care, concierge services, and case management when it's time to consider help outside of the home.

 

We are here to not only help those living with dementia and Alzheimer's and their loved ones, but we are also here to train the public on how to help protect those with dementia function longer in the community by being able to best assist them in setting such as the grocery store, banking, emergency response, etc.
